Across my extensive 15 years experience, I have been proactive in researching the positioning of women career progression throughout their career. I have culminated a methodology discovering the top 10 gender inhibitors which hold back women from progressing in their career. At any given point, on an average a woman exhibits at least 2 and often more of these inhibitors. When individual women and leaders learn the art of navigating through these gender inhibitors, he/she essentially has cracked the secret of unlocking the highest potential for themselves and each of the organization's employee giving them space to be them with equal opportunity.
